The core challenge is packaging Ethos capabilities into configurable, independently deployable products that carriers can launch, operate, and continuously improve for their distribution channels.You will lead discovery with carriers, define scalable platform primitives and modules, and drive an operating model that balances reusable roadmap investments with carrier specific configuration. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
