As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners.  You will be responsible for managing logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience. You will also create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction. This position requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be a self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also be comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.

	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

</li><li>Experience using event registration and project management systems to streamline event logistics and coordination.
</li><li>Must be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the 10-day event in March.

As a CAD Technician, you'll be responsible for creating construction documents and performing quantity takeoffs using AutoCAD. You'll need experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and a basic understanding of NEC and Solar PV & BESS projects in the US. Strong communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities <ul><li>Utilize AutoCAD to create construction documents and perform quantity takeoffs. Construction documents will include site layouts, wire/cable routing plans, single line diagrams, construction details, equipment, and conduit details etc.</li><li>Coordinate with various design team disciplines including electrical engineers, civil engineers, structural engineers, and surveyors</li><li>Attain a basic level of understanding of the latest NEC and applicable design standards for Solar PV &amp; BESS projects in the USA</li><li>Create wiring/cable schedule-based takeoffs and sizing input from senior designers and engineers</li><li>Maintain awareness and knowledge of EVS design and CAD standards, as well as providing input for improvement</li><li>Provide basic CAD technical support as needed </li></ul>
Qualifications <ul><li>2+ years of experience in 2d drafting/design using AutoCAD</li><li>1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills</li><li>A strong work ethic and a positive attitude</li><li>Able to work in a highly collaborative environment and be a strong team player</li><li>Self-motivated with an ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadline</li><li>High proficiency in English (spoken and written)</li><li>Experience and knowledge of basic electrical design concepts preferred</li><li>Working knowledge and ability to read construction drawings and specifications preferred</li><li>AutoCAD certification preferred </li></ul>
