Ex Populus seeks a Staff Blockchain Engineer to lead development of large, complex blockchain initiatives within their games.  Responsibilities include building and reviewing smart contracts, supervising blockchain-integrated web services, integrating Solidity code, managing the full lifecycle of blockchain development, and ensuring seamless integration with existing applications. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of experience in software engineering, advanced understanding of EVM and Solidity, experience with dApps and scaling, cross-chain messaging protocols, and experience building upgradable contracts.  The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a commitment to continuous learning in blockchain technologies. This is a remote position with a focus on working within the Pacific Time Zone.
