We are developing mobile-focused Hybrid-casual and casual projects, particularly puzzle games. We are looking for a Game Designer to join our team in Istanbul - Kozyatağı, working in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in designing game mechanics, economics, and progression systems, experience in mobile game design processes, especially puzzle games, and the ability to create engaging and long-lasting mechanics for players. Responsibilities include creating and updating GDDs (Game Design Documents), familiarity with game engines like Unity, experience in game economics, level design, and meta design, improving game design based on player data and feedback, and collaborating with the team. The candidate should be able to document game mechanics and systems in detail, develop solutions to optimize the user experience and in-game progression, have knowledge of In-App Purchase (IaP) systems, and actively participate in publisher relations.
