About the PositionYou’ll get to showcase your expertise in brand development, use your strategic and creative skills to research, create, position, refine, enhance, and drive brand awareness. As a Brand Identity and Creative Director, you will‣ Use your creative craft to understand consumer behavior and solve marketing problems.‣ Bring strong visual, design, written and experiential acumen to our/client’s products and services, presented across all major media, content, channels, and experiences.‣ Create target audiences and buyer personas.‣ Write up competitor analyses and understand their strengths and weaknesses.‣ Work with Creative teams (in-house, consultants) to establish and articulate the brand identity, promise, and story.‣ Present and refine brand strategies with the client and project managers. Key Requirements‣ Proven experience (minimum 6 years) in a creative role in an agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects.‣ In-depth knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition, with a keen eye for detail.‣ Experience building D2C digital brand a plus.
