Senior Lead UX Designer

The Lead Live Services Engineer role at Firaxis Games involves leading and managing a programming team. This includes finding the right balance between management, delegation, and actual implementation. The engineer will breakdown and evaluate the team's work, provide feedback, and identify risks and solutions. Collaboration with other teams to meet technical needs, developing high-performance code, and designing modifications are also responsibilities. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in C++ and Go, AWS knowledge, and experience with analytics, telemetry, Perforce, JIRA, and TeamCity. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, 3D math skills, and a passion for games, along with 7+ years of industry experience.
