Business Operations Associate

FitXR is building the future of fitness where virtual and augmented reality meet AI-native wearables. This Business Operations Associate role is central to removing friction, speeding up teams, and supporting senior leadership. It focuses on execution, accuracy, and building efficient systems within a fully-remote, autonomous team. The role involves creating leverage for the Senior Leadership Team, conducting focused research, owning and improving operational systems like onboarding and tooling, and being the first line of support for operational requests, aggressively using AI and automation to reduce manual work.
