Flaming Fowl Studios, an independent game studio known for Gloomhaven and Konfronto, is seeking an experienced Producer for their next board game adaptation project. The role involves organizing and planning all aspects of development, requiring a proactive problem-solver who can facilitate team planning without micromanagement. This is a remote, 14-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion to permanent, emphasizing work-life quality and flexible hours within a distributed team across Europe.

Flaming Fowl Studios is an independent studio rising from the ashes of the renowned Lionhead Studios. We create games that feature deep and interesting strategic experiences with fascinating twists and always include a healthy dose of humour.We have previously made <a href="https://store.steampowered.com/developer/FlamingFowl" target="blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="text-blue-600 hover:text-blue-800 hover:underline transition-colors duration-200">Gloomhaven</a> and, more recently, <a href="https://store.steampowered.com/app/2994150/Konfronto/" target="blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="text-blue-600 hover:text-blue-800 hover:underline transition-colors duration-200">Konfronto</a> and are now moving onto our next exciting project, another adaptation of a beloved board game. We are looking for a talented Producer to join our ranks and help us create something awesome.Although the team is mainly based in the UK, we operate remotely so we would encourage applications from all over.Flaming Fowl is built on a foundation of respecting quality of life over everything else. We are a fully distributed team, working flexible hours and currently have team members from all over Europe. If you are fed up commuting, fed up being micromanaged and want to define your own hours then this is a great opportunity to become a core member of a growing studio but with all the flexibility of working from anywhere in the world.About the role:We are looking for an experienced developer who is comfortable organising and planning all aspects of development.
