Flow is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join our growing Accounting team. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will manage various general accounting functions, oversee critical processes like the close process and accounts payable, contribute to management reporting efforts, and foster collaboration across departments. Responsibilities include preparing month-end and year-end accounting procedures, ensuring accurate monthly reporting, maintaining budget vs actual data, and assisting with external audits. You will also participate in special projects, team training, and development. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, 7-10 years of experience (mix of public and private preferred), a strong understanding of US GAAP, and excellent organization and communication skills.
