The Analyst, Procure to Pay will support the Procure to Pay (PTP) workstream, maintaining processes, ensuring SOX compliance, and providing operational updates/reporting. Unity Game Engine

The BESS Analyst is a crucial Customer Success Center (CSC) member responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving issues in battery energy storage systems (BESS).  This role ensures system reliability and optimal performance.  Responsibilities include system monitoring and diagnostics using advanced tools, troubleshooting and resolving customer-reported issues (Tier 1 or 2 support), collaborating with field services and customer success managers, and maintaining detailed records.  The analyst also contributes to performance reports, develops troubleshooting guides, and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
