Freed is an AI scribe company dedicated to making clinicians happier by automating medical documentation. Since May 2023, Freed has acquired 26,000 paying clinicians, generated 70,000 daily patient notes, and is rapidly expanding its product offerings with backing from Sequoia Capital. The company seeks ambitious individuals to join its hybrid team in San Francisco. The Clinician Support Representative will provide empathetic, product-savvy support to clinicians, ensuring their success with Freed's AI tools. This role involves frontline support, owning high-impact projects, and collaborating with the Product team to represent the clinician's voice.

Our teams come together in person three days a week to collaborate, connect, and have a little fun along the way.ABOUT THE ROLE:We’re looking for an empathetic, product-savvy Clinician Support Representative to help clinicians not just use Freed — but succeed with it. This role blends frontline support with strategic impact: you’ll manage day-to-day clinician interactions while owning independent, high-impact projects that shape how Freed serves its users.As part of the Product team, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers — representing the voice of the clinician and ensuring their feedback directly informs our product roadmap.
