We can however provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate.&nbsp;</span></div><div><br></div><div><b style="font-size: 11pt;">WHAT’S THE ROLE?</b></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Supporting the Facilities Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient running of our studio’s operations. You’ll help and assist with the smooth running of both soft and hard FM, Canteen, Health &amp;Safety, company events, and the general day-to-day running and upkeep of our gaming studio. You’ll be joining a passionate Facilities team whose aim is to provide a positive, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all of our people through a can-do, proactive, and responsive approach. This role can provide a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to kickstart and develop their career in facilities management.</span></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING</h3><ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"><ul><li>Supporting the Health, Safety &amp; Facilities team with day-to-day operational tasks, and helping to maintain a welcoming, comfortable, and well-presented Studio.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct site inductions, tours, and cover Reception during periods of absence and lunch time.&nbsp;</li><li>Triage incoming requests via the internal ticket system; allocating within the Department as required, resolving where applicable and ensuring progress is communicated.&nbsp;</li><li>Arrange distribution, collection, and deployment of equipment and other stock across the Studio.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with shipping and receiving, including supporting with receipt of goods-in, working closely with the Catering Team when required.&nbsp;</li><li>Assisting with desk and furniture moves, collaborating with the Workplace Coordinator and IT team.&nbsp;</li><li>Organising and arranging the studio spaces, ensuring all areas are kept presentable and accessible to all users.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintaining both the studio and off-site stock management, including studio consumables e.g.&nbsp;kitchenettes, merchandise, and equipment, and monitoring used-by dates, and ordering when required.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the canteen team with receipt and movement of stock and assisting with the layout and set-up of the canteen environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete and document studio usage assessments on assets such as meeting rooms and hot-desks and resetting rooms and spaces after use ensuring they’re presentable for other users.&nbsp;</li><li>Collect, monitor, and arrange appropriate recycling collection of waste electrical appliances and equipment, liaising with contractor partners.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support the Studio Communications team with onsite and external social events, such as setting-up event spaces.&nbsp;</li><li>Handling ad-hoc requests with a prompt, efficient, outgoing, and can-do manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Support with the companies’ waste and recycling processes including liaising with contractors to provide frequent and accurate data.</li></ul></ul></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>WHAT YOU'LL BRING</h3><ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"><ul><li>Excellent customer service, with a friendly, empathetic, positive, and personable approach.&nbsp;</li><li>Driven to work independently where necessary and form part of an effective team.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organisational and planning skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Thrives in an ever-changing environment where new tasks and problems arise requiring a quick and agile response.&nbsp;</li><li>A driven problem solver and quick learner.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent attention to detail.&nbsp;</li></ul></ul></div></div><div class="section page-centered" data-qa="closing-description"><div><b style="font-size: 16px">WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU</b></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px">You will work with talented and passionate people to support, develop or publish our sophisticated and enduring games, in a creative, collaborative and inclusive environment.
