The Project Localization Manager at G5 Games will be responsible for organizing project localization into supported languages, interacting with outsourcing companies, project teams, and other departments.  Key duties include planning and monitoring localization budgets and deadlines, preparing materials for freelancers, and culturally adapting texts for specific markets.  The role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in CAT tools, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Experience with task tracking software and additional languages is a plus.

What We Expect:
<ul>
<li>English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above, oral and written;</li>
<li>Experience with automated translation systems (CAT tools);</li>
<li>Active PC user (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets), minimal technical skills;</li>
<li>Neatness, perseverance, proactivity, sociability, stress resistance;</li>
<li>Willingness to work in the gaming industry and develop within the chosen specialty;</li>
<li>Grammatically correct written and oral communication;</li>
<li>Vendor team organization skills;</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team of professionals from different areas.</li>
</ul>
What You Will Work On:
<ul>
<li>Organize project localization into supported languages;</li>
<li>Interact with outsource localization companies, project teams, and other departments of the company;</li>
<li>Plan localization budgets and deadlines, as well as monitor compliance with these deadlines and the quality of localization;</li>
<li>Prepare working materials for freelancers;</li>
<li>Culturally adapt the texts to the features and requirements of a certain country.</li>
</ul>
Would Be a Plus:
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of task and error tracking software (JIRA);</li>
<li>Proficiency in an additional language out of the following list: German, Spanish, French, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, European Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese;</li>
<li>Ability to plan work using a Gantt chart;</li>
<li>Experience living or studying in the USA.</li>
</ul>
