Senior Producer

The Senior Producer at Gardens Interactive will lead multidisciplinary feature teams, coordinating efforts to bring innovative gameplay ideas to life within a live project.  Responsibilities include aligning team goals with a flexible production methodology, fostering innovation and experimentation, proactively problem-solving, and ensuring seamless integration of experimental work into the broader product vision.  The role requires a strong understanding of pre-production, prototyping, and live operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating engaging experiences.
