	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

</li><li>Experience using event registration and project management systems to streamline event logistics and coordination.
</li><li>Must be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the 10-day event in March.

As a Human Machine Interface (HMI) Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the HMI software for single machines. You will develop and program HMI software independently and as part of a team, depending on the project's size. You will also develop customer-specific applications and install them globally at our customers' sites. You will translate customer requests into workable HMI software solutions.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HMI Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities <ul><li>Developing and Programming of HMI software on your own and as part of a team depending on the size of the project.</li><li>Developing customer specific applications and also install these globally at our customers.</li><li>Translating a customer request to a workable HMI software solution. </li></ul>
Required Qualifications Your Profile / Qualifications <ul><li>A Bachelor's degree in IT, Automation, or equivalent.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within an international business environment.</li><li>Very good knowledge of Object-oriented Programming (Java, Java Swing, A-Vis, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of Network Technologies, including Basic, TCP/IP, and OPC UA.</li><li>Proficiency in software versioning tools, such as GIT.</li><li>Optional: Knowledge of IEC 61131-3 and Structured Text.</li><li>Optional: Familiarity with databases (mention specific databases).</li><li>Experience in working with agile teams and tools (MS DevOps, Jira, etc.).</li><li>Experience in Development of UI (User-Interface).</li><li>Preferable: Knowledge in User-centric design. </li></ul>
Personal Skills <ul><li>Self-supportive, result-driven, and a team player.</li><li>Willingness to travel globally (10 to 20%).</li><li>Fluent in spoken and written English. </li></ul>
