You ensure that everything from payroll to sales reporting is 100% accurate. You will have great freedom to shape your own tasks, and we expect you to take ownership of your responsibilities and collaborate well with 'non-finance people'. We collaborate with our investor and publisher Coffee Stain in Sweden, to whom several reports and communications are sent.Your tasks will include:<ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Payroll and vacation administration from A-Z: You own the entire payroll process. This means everything from monthly runs and reporting to keeping track of vacation accounts, paid time off, and reimbursements. You ensure that everything complies with applicable regulations.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Implementation of a new online system: We need to upgrade our setup! You will be responsible for driving the implementation of a new online system for payroll reporting to the Coffee Stain Group. This involves setup, data validation, and ensuring we get the most out of the tool and that processes are strongly established.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Annual and monthly cycle: You create structure by organizing and maintaining our financial annual cycle, ensuring we are never surprised by fixed deadlines such as year-end closing, auditing, or budget follow-up.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Data collection and reporting: We need sharp data to navigate correctly. You collect sales figures from our various sales channels and translate them into clear calculations and reports that management can act upon.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Process descriptions: You help us become less person-dependent. You take the lead in describing and documenting our processes when it comes to Finance, so we have clear "manuals" for how we do things here.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Backup & Financial Support: When needed, you help the Head of Finance monitor and expedite critical reporting.
