As a key member of our accounting team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and maximizing efficiencies.</p><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><p>The Receivables &amp; Chargebacks Analyst is a key member of the finance operations team who ensures timely processing of customer EDI and non-EDI invoicing, logs tickets in various customer portals for billing issues and works proactively on collections. Also receives, posts, and addresses any customer claims and chargebacks, filing disputes if needed. This team member should also work proactively on process improvement across all aspects of the role and be able to communicate issues and solutions effectively.
