Support Operator

Join GRID as a Support Operator, assisting customers with complex issues in the esports and gaming industry. You will collaborate with tournament organizers, communicate with clients, and help improve the GRID product suite. This role involves recording and reporting technical and data issues, engaging with customers via email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, and Teams to resolve queries. You will also expand your knowledge of games and the GRID product to enhance service quality and contribute to the knowledge base. This position requires a customer-first mentality, an interest in competitive video games, and experience in customer-facing support roles. Previous experience with collaborative tools like Slack, GSuite, Discord, and Teams is beneficial, as is some computer science knowledge. The role also requires flexibility for shift and weekend work, with excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
