As a Publishing Coordinator - Strategy Games at Riot Games, you'll bridge global resources with China's needs, ensuring successful game publishing in the region.  Responsibilities include operational tasks like content management, publishing calendar planning, asset coordination between Tencent, Riot China, and central teams. This includes a variety of operational tasks required content management, publishing calendar planning, coordinating assets and information between publisher Tencent, Riot China and Central teams. In addition, sometimes you will also be supporting brand managers on campaigns, leading specific work streams that harness Riot's creative energies to engage players with a deep understanding and appreciation of the Riot Games brand. You will design and implement marketing strategy, drive creative campaigns and initiatives that maximize trials and help establish new mobile game and Riot brands in China. As a Rioter in China, you'll join a team of internationally and culturally diverse professionals that share our prioritization of player experience, rejection of convention and maniacal passion for gaming. To reinforce Riot’s collaborative culture in our China offices, we’ve decided to do away with the constraints of traditional hierarchical title structures that are more common in the region. Titles don’t really matter at any of Riot’s offices, but we chose to take this extra step in our China offices to foster a space where teamwork thrives. We believe that removing this constraint will promote individual autonomy, ownership, collaboration, and a focus on results. We promise you won’t need a title at Riot to make an impact.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drive and design the publishing operations process for China between multiple teams across publisher Tencent, Riot central teams.</li><li>Work closely with brand managers to execute with quality and efficiency. </li><li>Create campaign strategies that hit the mark in culturally-relevant ways for players</li><li>Execute the marketing campaign in coordination with various teams to achieve the goals</li><li>Help and support all aspects of mobile game publishing, including campaign planning, vendor management, scheduling, asset categorization, and localization.</li><li>Establish and use KPIs to measure and consistently help to improve marketing performance.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Have experience in game publishing, campaign planning, brand management, and operation. Guerrilla's Humanoid Gameplay Animation team seeks a Lead Character Animator with extensive expertise in humanoid movement and behavior, focused on crafting stylized, hand-keyed animations. In this pivotal role, you'll become an integral part of a diverse team, engaging in dynamic collaboration with directors, designers, programmers, and production staff. Your role extends beyond the immediate team, involving strategic coordination with leads and directors from other animation departments to drive the aesthetic and animation standards in-game. This position requires a strong spirit of teamwork, aiming to develop animations that enhance the game's features and style, resonate with players, and embody the game's creative vision.
<h3>What You Will Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead the humanoid animation team, setting a high bar for animation quality, particularly focusing on stylized, hand-keyed animation techniques.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the Game Design, Visual Design, and Code teams to create engaging and expressive humanoid characters.</li>
<li>Mentor, train, and inspire the animation team, fostering their growth and development in stylized animation techniques.</li>

<h3>Who You Are</h3>
<ul>
<li>You have at least 7+ years of industry experience, with a significant focus on character animation in stylized, hand-keyed projects.</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience leading animation teams, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in creating expressive, characterful animations.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of animation principles, with the ability to apply them to enhance character appeal and gameplay experience.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and strong problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>A collaborative mindset, able to work closely with other department leads and contribute constructively to the project's vision.</li>
<li>Growth-oriented, motivated towards teaching, enabling, and coaching animators in stylized animation techniques.</li>
<li>Proficient in animation software such as Maya, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry developments and pushing creative boundaries.</li>
</ul>
