 Job Family Human Capital Business Partners (India) Travel Required Up to 10% Clearance Required None The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR practices with business goals to enhance organizational performance. This role involves collaborating with management and employees to foster a positive work environment, drive talent management initiatives, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership: <ul><li>Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.</li><li>Provide guidance on organizational design and workforce planning. </li></ul>
Talent Management <ul><li>Identifying and retaining top talent though effective retention program and employee development programs.</li><li>Ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization, providing necessary support and resources.</li><li>Support performance management processes and succession planning.</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.</li><li>Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions to enhance workplace harmony.</li><li>Plan and execute employee connect session, Rewards program, ensuring work life balance. </li></ul>
HR Policy Implementation <ul><li>Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws.</li><li>Develop and communicate HR policies and best practices. </li></ul>
Data Analysis And Reporting <ul><li>Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and identify trends.</li><li>Prepare reports for management on HR-related issues and initiatives. </li></ul>
Qualifications <ul><li> Master’s degree in human resources.</li><li> 2+ years of experience in a business partner role.</li><li> Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.</li><li> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li> Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.</li><li> Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. </li></ul>
Skills <ul><li> Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li> Familiarity with talent management software and tools.</li><li> Project management skills and experience. </li></ul>
