You’ll drive improvement across every team at Hightouch, work closely with our executive team, and report directly to our CFO. This isn’t a role where you’ll be doing Excel in a corner to build a model no one looks at. You’ve already pivoted to and love high-growth startups and have potentially gone through an exit cycle.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">You have at least five years of full-time work experience and your trajectory so far reflects the high level of impact you’ve made.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">You’re deeply curious about businesses and how they grow.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">You’d be excited to work hands-on at first and begin to grow out your team in the next 3-6 months after start.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">You’re entrepreneurial and don’t wait for permission in order to make an impact.</li></ul>We are seeking talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals who are interested in addressing the problems outlined above. We focus on impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. The salary range for this position is $200,000-$ 240,000 (USD) per year, which is location-independent in accordance with our remote-first policy.
