Hololight is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the development of Hololight Hub, their Enterprise XR Streaming Platform. This hybrid role combines product ownership with senior-level development, requiring the individual to drive agile delivery, make critical architectural decisions, and personally implement complex technical components. The mission includes leading day-to-day team operations, translating strategic vision into actionable roadmaps, providing regular stakeholder updates, conducting code reviews, and acting as a senior developer.

This hybrid role combines product ownership with senior-level development—you'll drive agile delivery, make critical architectural decisions, and personally implement complex technical components.<h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">YOUR MISSION</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Lead day-to-day operations of the Hololight Hub team, ensuring on-time delivery of releases through agile methodologies (sprint planning, backlog prioritization etc.)</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Work with product management to translate strategic vision into actionable release plans and technical roadmaps</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Provide regular stakeholder updates on progress, risks, and technical dependencies throughout each release cycle</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Make critical architectural decisions, balancing scalability, performance and maintainability</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to elevate the team's technical capabilities</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Act as a senior developer within the team, implementing complex features and core architectural components</li></ul><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">YOUR PROFILE</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)</li><li class="leading-relaxed">5+ years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL databases</li><li class="leading-relaxed">2+ years in a Technical Product Owner, Engineering Lead, or similar dual technical-leadership role</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proven track record delivering and scaling large-scale web-hosted platforms in production environments</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience with agile product management tools (Jira, Confluence) and development workflows (GitHub, CI/CD)</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Fluent in English (written and spoken)</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience building platforms that integrate with Enterprise IT infrastructure (Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, NAS, etc.)</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Deep understanding of hybrid cloud and on-premises deployment models (VMware, AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Familiarity with GPU-accelerated applications and their deployment in virtualized/containerized environments</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Knowledge of streaming technologies, WebRTC, or real-time communication protocols</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Background in B2B/Enterprise software development with understanding of enterprise technology standards</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Interest or hands-on experience with XR (Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality) technologies</li></ul>---<h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">About us</h2>Hololight is the leading provider of enterprise software, infrastructure, and streaming technology for Augmented and Virtual Reality (XR).
