The Senior Producer will need to be open to travel for both facilitating face-to-face client interactions and oversee creative production in person when needed. The Senior Producer will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This is a leadership role, ideal for someone with significant experience in creative production, project management, and a passion for delivering exceptional design and creative outcomes.The Senior Producer will be responsible for supporting the Director of Production and working with other Producers by sharing accountability for the client engagement, account growth, project/scoping/delivery, new business scoping/delivery and internal resourcing. The Senior Producer is focused on the day-to-day activities of the team, coordinating the team’s efforts towards a successful delivery of the client’s engagements. They should be comfortable producing a project independently without support from junior staff. The position will have regular travel required for projects and events.The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, natural collaborator, has hands-on experience managing projects while staying on time, scope & budget. This role is for someone with an affinity for youth culture, fashion, sport and design.<h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">What You’ll Do</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for creative campaigns, design projects, digital experiences, and branding initiatives. Ensure seamless coordination and execution from inception to completion.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and setting clear expectations. Translate client needs and goals into actionable project plans and deliverables.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior producers and cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, strategists, and creatives. Provide guidance and support to ensure projects are progressing smoothly.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Budget & Scheduling: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Track progress, anticipate issues, and make adjustments as necessary.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of the final product, ensuring that the creative vision is upheld and that deliverables meet the client’s standards. Ensure that all projects comply with internal processes and industry best practices.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues and roadblocks quickly and efficiently. Maintain flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changes in project scope or direction.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (creative, marketing, and technical) to ensure that projects align with the company’s vision, objectives, and client needs. Foster a collaborative environment throughout all stages of production.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Reporting: Regularly update clients and internal stakeholders on project status, timelines, and deliverables. Provide detailed project reports and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Travel: Willingness and ability to travel based on needs which include, Hovercraft sponsored interoffice activities, company and department retreats, Production support for shoots, site visits, and activations, and client workshops/onboarding opportunities</li></ul><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">What We’re Looking For</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience: 6-8+ years of experience in a senior production role at a creative agency, design studio, or similar environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design, digital, and spatial projects.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Leadership: Proven experience leading teams, managing cross-functional collaborations, and guiding projects to successful outcomes.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain creative ideas, production processes, and project details to clients and internal teams.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Excel, Airtable, Trello, Basecamp, Notion, etc.), as well as familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Team Management Experience: Experience leading small and large cross-competency (e.g. technology, design, UX, product, innovation) teams across a suitable range of project types (tech-heavy, design intensive, etc.)</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong Writing and Communication Skills: Proficiency with internal documentation, organizing feedback and notes, organizing tasks and deliverables, developing Scope of Works and working with clients and partners through external communications.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate potential issues and take proactive steps to address challenges. Resourceful, adaptable, and creative in finding solutions.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Creative Insight: A deep understanding of design, branding, and digital experiences, with the ability to make informed decisions that align with both client needs and industry trends.</li></ul><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">Preferred Skills:</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience with experiential, design, and digital production (events, web, and non-traditional interactive media) production as well as disciplinary projects.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience or passion working with diverse set of project types</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience working with leading internal project teams as well as working directly with clients</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience-honed approach to risk aversion, risk management, and change control</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Affinity for youth culture, fashion, sport and design</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Knowledge of Agile project management practices</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience in managing large-scale projects with complex timelines and cross-functional teams.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">A passion for design and creativity, with an eye for innovation and emerging trends.</li></ul>The total average salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications assessed during the interview process (such as skills and prior industry experience, potential impact), market demands, and specific work location. Our Cybersecurity Analysts are responsible for developing and using monitoring tools to guard the firm, as well as handling incident response and remediation when a threat is found.Our Cybersecurity team is a skilled group of programmers and security experts who are dedicated to keeping the firm safe. We consider ourselves to be tapped into developments in the broader cybersecurity space, and can tell the difference between the latest cool hack by security researchers and what actually matters in our day-to-day. In this role, you’ll carefully consider the context of our decisions as we think about the tradeoffs we’re making in our approach to resolving cybersecurity issues. We’ll expect you to apply a methodical approach to performing unstructured investigations to locate and repair the source of a security issue.You will also act as an ambassador of best practices to the rest of the firm. Team members understand and practice good personal cybersecurity hygiene, and are able to talk to others about it.
