As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. You will also create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction. This position requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be a self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also be comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.

We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. <h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

</li><li>Must be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the 10-day event in March.

 Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled VMC Programmer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in programming using PowerMill/Delcam. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in VMC operation and programming, with expertise in 3-axis programming. Please note this is not an IT/software programming role. Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop VMC programs based on engineering drawings and models.</li><li>Responsible for overseeing production as the Production In-charge.</li><li>Set up and operate VMC machines to produce components with tight tolerances.</li><li>Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations.</li><li>Conduct tooling and fixture setups, including tool changes and offsets.</li><li>Perform machine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and other team members to optimize machining processes and resolve technical issues.</li><li>Document programming and machining processes for future reference and continuous improvement.</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li></ul>
 Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in VMC programming.</li><li>Proficiency in PowerMill/Delcam</li><li>Expertise in VMC 3-axis programming is mandatory. Experience with 4-axis and 5-axis is a plus.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes.</li><li>Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.</li></ul>
