As a Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing financial and accounting documentation, including data entry, verification, and archiving. Key duties involve creating and overseeing various contracts, handling the sales process from invoicing to payment reminders, and collaborating with external accounting and financial partners. You will also support budget planning, financial reporting, and participate in period-end closing processes, alongside managing and monitoring payments.

<h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Responsibilities:</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Entering documents into the financial and accounting system, controlling the correctness of entered data and their archiving.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Creating contracts, verifying and supervising contracts of individuals cooperating with the company (UZ, UOD, B2B).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Handling the sales process (invoices, notes, corrections, payment reminders).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Cooperation with external entities – accounting office and financial director.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Support in company budget planning and financial results reporting.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Participation in month, quarter, and year-end closing processes.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Processing and monitoring payments and entering transfers into the banking system.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">What we expect:</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP program is welcome.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Good knowledge of tax and accounting regulations.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Communicative English language skills.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Organizational skills, meticulousness, and accuracy in working with documents.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">High personal culture and ability to work in a team.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proactivity and independence in performing assigned tasks.</li></ul>
