 Job purpose:This job will exclusively focus on managing IT / Technical requirements for MNC’s / Start-ups / GICs. This role requires working hands on critical roles at the client organizations. Job Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist various customers build their world class tech teams around, Data Science, Cloud, AI/ML, Blockchain, Digital, Product Engineering &amp; Embedded Technologies.</li><li>Client &amp; Stakeholder Management.</li><li>Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality &amp; timely delivery.</li><li>Responsible for managing the client &amp; their expectations.</li><li>Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.</li></ul>
Experience and Soft Skills Required: <ul><li>Must have good understanding of latest technology hiring trends.</li><li>Demonstrable track record of successfully managing the full recruiting lifecycle, which includes the ability to develop clients and build a pipeline of candidates. Thereby, managing entire process.</li><li>Hands on experience on various job portals used for sourcing.</li><li>Strong understanding of the key metrics to track in the recruiting process.</li><li>Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.</li><li>Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.</li></ul>
