	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

You will be responsible for collaborating closely with our creative, sales and wider Jacobs team to produce a variety of motion content, including explainer videos, showreels, prototyping, animated presentations, marketing campaigns, brand design, public consultation films, social media content and internal communications. You will also be responsible for developing and preparing style frames, storyboards, proposals, and motion tests. You will need to have a strong understanding of design principles, moving image processes, and storytelling, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts. Here's what you'll need <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, visual arts, or a related field is highly desirable.</li><li>Previous experience working within an agency/studio environment.</li><li>Knowledge of Unreal Engine.</li><li>Creative, passionate and bundles of enthusiasm</li><li>Great communicator including listening skills.</li><li>3 - 5 years’ experience in a relevant role.</li><li>A proficient working knowledge of Cinema 4D (or similar, but with the ambition to learn C4D)</li><li>Conversant in Adobe CC core software – must have experience of After Effects and/or Premiere.</li><li>Ambition and curiosity to learn the latest cloud-based platforms (Rive, Spline.3d, Unreal Engine etc)</li><li>Must be a competent user of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li><li>Highly organised, self-motivated, and passionate about moving image, design and digital.</li><li>Strong eye for detail and ability to contribute creative ideas.</li><li>Able to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize design focus accordingly.</li><li>Encourages inclusion and diversity in everything we do.</li><li>A collaborator, who puts team success before individual gain. </li></ul>
