	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. </li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

This position is based out of Bangalore, supporting Global locations. This position will involve managing various critical Khoros applications that are hosted on the AWS cloud. The Team manages a diverse range of services that reside on predominantly Linux and UNIX servers. The team manages the development, QA, pre-production, and production environments. The role involves close liaison with application development, networks, security, management systems, storage, and database teams. This is a Senior Site reliability engineer role with more of a specialist role and should maintain high technical troubleshooting skills as well as play an important role in problem resolution. About The Role <ul><li> Manage environments on the Cloud.</li><li> Major work would be on handling Khoros application installations and troubleshooting application issues on Linux-based systems.</li><li>Application patching, which applies product-specific application fixes to assembly and production systems.</li><li>End-to-end application/product testing.</li><li> Maintain strong links with 1st Level groups as well as Development groups.</li><li>Maintain relationships with integrators to ensure operational requirements are met.</li><li>Management of change required to support product enhancement and growth.</li><li> Provision and maintenance of documentation on system configurations and databases, as well as defining methods of working and daily operational procedures. Co-ordination and liaison with operational, product, and development groups in support of projects for business continuity or service enhancements.</li><li>To follow the defined project, implementation, and support processes.</li><li>To follow departmental change management procedures in defining, planning, and implementing change so that service disruption is minimized and adherence to Service Level Agreements is ensured.</li><li> Follow defined incident and problem management procedures in order to log and track issues relating to past problems until satisfactory resolution.</li><li>On-call responsibilities are required for this Role.</li><li>Perform related duties as assigned or requested.</li><li> Perform the Incident root cause analysis.</li><li> Liaison with application development, networks, security, management systems, storage, and database teams to resolve respective issues.</li><li>Determine and correctly resolve server related issues and incidents in a timely manner.</li><li>Have the ability to run with projects/issues solo as well as work in a team environment. </li><li>Minimum 6+ years' experience in cloud technologies with Linux Operating systems. Minimum of 2 years' experience with various software applications, including Linux administration and troubleshooting. </li><li>DevOps in AWS: Experience in AWS DevOps-specific services (CodeBuilt, Code Deploy, CodePipeline, ECS, EKS, able to set up CI/CD pipeline on AWS</li><li>Be a Team Player – work in a collaborative team-oriented environment, share information, respect diverse ideas, and interact with customers and, partner with cross-functional and remote teams.</li><li>Be Curious &amp; Innovative – continuously update yourself with next-generation technology, and development tools, and contribute to process development practices. About You <ul><li>Must have 4+ years of experience working as SRE</li><li>ITIL-based release management processes. </li><li>Experience with Web Applications, Good experience on Java based Applications. </li><li>Experience in scripting. </li><li>Knowledge of any software programming language.</li><li>Knowledge on Database</li><li>Working knowledge of some scripting languages (Shell, Perl, Python).</li><li>Working knowledge of SQL commands</li><li>Good analytical skills (root cause analysis and creating solutions to resolve incidents). </li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Have a strong desire to identify ways to improve processes and documentation. </li></ul>
