Kyndryl seeks a Batch & Console Monitoring Operator with 3+ years of experience in monitoring AS400 systems. You will be responsible for monitoring batch job status, reporting issues, recovering failed jobs, and providing system monitoring support. Required Technical And Professional Experience <ul><li>3+ years of Experience in Batch and Console Monitoring. </li><li>Release agreed batch job per job sheet or adhoc request. </li><li>Monitoring batch job status including overrun / msgw / not started / fail etc</li><li>Reporting, monitor the batch job status and report to support team per instruction and raise ticket. </li><li>Recover issue job per operation manual or instruction from pc/app team, including job rerun / force completed / on-hold / off-hold / release etc</li><li>Provide system monitoring support. </li><li>Monitor console and email to detect alert/event and do regular health check. </li><li>Follow operation manual to determine whether next action required. </li><li>Follow procedure to call engineer for immediate action , open incident ticket &amp; assign to concerned team &amp; send email</li><li>Informed IPC &amp; Management Team for major incident reporting. </li></ul>
Preferred Skills And Experience <ul><li>Have knowledge of batch job run. </li><li>Familiar with basic operations on platform Windows / Linux / AS400</li><li>Have deep knowledge of infra system monitoring. </li><li>Familiar with console monitoring tool like netcool / datadog / nagios / Dynatrace etc</li><li>Familiar with job schedule tool autosys / Control-M /Quartz</li><li>Familiar with ticketing system Service-Now. </li><li>Follow instruction and operation manual strictly. </li><li>Able to work shift to support 24*7 service. </li><li>Good working attitude and communication skill. </li><li>Ability to work under pressure. </li></ul>
