As an LQA Game Tester, you will be an integral part of our Localization Quality Assurance team. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and rectifying translation errors, spelling mistakes, and ambiguities within the game. You will also meticulously check the game's tone, style, audio, text, and cultural correctness. Furthermore, you will create detailed reports using Excel and Jira, and submit valuable suggestions for improving the overall quality of the game based on the errors you identify.

Join our Localization Quality Assurance department and be responsible for:<ul> <li>Finding and correcting any translation errors, spelling mistakes and ambiguities.</li> <li>Checking the game’s tone and style, audio, text, and cultural correctness. </li> <li>Creating reports in Excel and Jira. </li> <li>Submitting quality improving suggestions for the errors you find.</li> </ul>

The Payments and Fraud Shift Leader is responsible for handling payment-related inquiries from customers and internal or external parties. This role aims to provide exceptional customer service by prioritizing the customer and facilitating internal communication, offering guidance to payments analysts. The function of the Payments&nbsp;and&nbsp;Fraud Shift Leader is to handle contacts related to payments queries raised by customers or any internal or external parties. The aim is to provide an outstanding customer service experience by putting the customer first in every action and facilitate internal communication, as well as offer guidance to payments analysts.&nbsp;
<h2>Main Responsibilities:&nbsp;</h2>
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:&nbsp;

<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Allocation and prioritization of task during the shift.&nbsp;</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Being the first line of contact for 3rd party providers regarding payments related issues.&nbsp;</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Taking ownership of any issues occurring during their shift, effectively manage the issue and take the most efficient course of action to minimize customer impact as well as work load.&nbsp;</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1">Answering escalations&nbsp;from&nbsp;customer support and following up on the&nbsp;timely resolution of issues.&nbsp;</li>
