User Acquisition Manager

As the E-commerce Growth Manager, reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of the online store. This includes implementing e-commerce strategies in France and international markets, continuously improving the website and customer journey, managing commercial site activities, optimizing lead generation funnels, and monitoring performance metrics. You will also be involved in improving email performance, including coordinating with the email marketing agency, managing the editorial calendar, implementing marketing campaigns, and engaging the customer base. The role requires someone familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo, Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Canva.

👉 Your role :

Reporting to the General Manager, as the E-commerce Growth Manager you will be responsible for the performance of our e-commerce online store.

 

⭐️ What You’ll Do:

 

E-commerce Conversion Optimization :

• Implement the e-commerce strategy across France and international markets(Europe)

• Continuous improvement of the website and customer journey: e-merchandising, product pages, checkout, tags, etc.

• Commercial animation of the site and content creation

• Optimization of lead generation funnels

•Performance monitoring and reporting: site conversion rate, revenue, traffic, customer base, etc.

 

Email Performance Improvement :

• Coordination with the email marketing agency

• Management of the editorial calendar for newsletters and flows via Klaviyo

• Implementation of marketing campaigns and transactional emails

• Customer base engagement and segmentation: opt-ins, segment evolution, etc.

• Performance monitoring and reporting: email revenue contribution, email pressure, open rates, click-through rates, size of the active database, etc.

 

Who you are:

• You have at least 2 years’ experience in e-commerce, ideally on a similar role

• You have experience in 360° project management and are used to managing external agencies

• You are familiar with Shopify,Klaviyo,Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Canva

• You are familiar with or have strong interest in the world of sports. 

• You have a C1 level in English - German would be a plus
