Responsibilities include creating functional, non-functional, service, and security-focused designs, ensuring alignment with company IT strategy and standards.  The role demands extensive stakeholder engagement, strong communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business-understandable language.  A comprehensive understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (primarily agile) and strong technical experience across various domains (e.g., infrastructure, BI, pensions) are essential. Financial acumen and the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term objectives are also key requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. The position is remote within Poland.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with our translation vendors to ensure localized products are released on time. Additionally, you will be expected to refine the current localization process to enhance our capabilities. Your specific responsibilities will include:<span><br></span><span><br></span><span>      <ul><span><li>Validating the translations of software user interfaces, online products, documentation, as well as marketing and training materials. You will also provide feedback to our translation vendors.</li></span><span><li>Monitoring the translation quality of our vendors over time with the aim of continuous improvement.</li></span><span><li>Developing and updating the Japanese style guide and glossary.</li></span><span><li>Working closely with the APAC Globalization teams in Japan, China, and Korea, as well as the Globalization Engineering and EMEA Globalization teams in the US.
