	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

‍ Your Role <ul><li>Developing a visual language from scratch for branding projects. This includes forming a questionnaire to execute each bit of the brand with the team till making the brand guidelines. </li><li>Setting up a brand language and designing its collateral is a key ability of yours.</li><li>Partner closely with the Creative Director to come up with creative concepts for advertising campaigns.</li><li>You need to have the capabilities to bring in a great experience for the customer journey. You have to think of design in all mediums. How the brand would look and feel in-store, on the website, and on the ads. Each bit of it should be well thought out.</li><li>Bringing in new experiences or ideas for brands and establishing a high recall value for them must be a key intent while branding.</li><li>You will be coordinating with external vendors/resources and managing the execution of the design projects.</li><li>You will be monitoring and directing the photography projects.</li><li>You need to bring new ideas to the table and not copy stuff from other places.</li><li>You will be leading a team and coordinating with them to execute your ideas which are discussed with the creative director or your senior. </li><li>You have to assign tasks to your team on an everyday basis on the “ClickUp App” and make sure that they are on track with the timelines.</li><li>You have to make sure that you maintain the quality of the work by implementing the right systems in place.</li><li>You have to coordinate with an account manager who will be communicating with the client to arrange the brief calls. You have to take the briefs directly or assign people from your team so that you don't lose out on the quality of the work.</li><li>You have to visit the client's place to plan the execution of the designs.</li><li>Keep up to date with the latest trends. You should at least be following awwwards.com, Behance, creative bloq, etc. Sourcing custom &amp; quality design references for the client should be a piece of cake for you. </li></ul>
