This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual to work in real estate photography. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Capture high-quality 3D virtual tours and photographs to support marketing efforts for industry-leading marketplaces.
</li><li>Create a visually compelling portfolio of real estate photos to showcase homes and apartments, using advanced photography techniques.
</li><li>Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to efficiently manage appointments and meet client needs.
</li><li>Professionally communicate with clients, sales teams, and partners to evaluate priorities and manage tasks effectively.
</li><li>Take ownership of the market by exploring commercial real estate and capturing necessary data, identifying new inventory, and photographing commercial properties.
</li><li>Adhere to safety standards while safeguarding company vehicles and equipment.
</li><li>Represent the client in a professional manner at all times.
</li><li>Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience working as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.
</li><li>At least 2 years of professional real estate photo experience, with field experience preferred.
</li><li>Experience with Matterport is a plus; however, we are willing to train qualified candidates.
</li><li>Ability to capture and input data accurately.
</li><li>Quick to learn and apply new concepts, including commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.
</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
</li><li>Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
</li><li>Proficient with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and related apps.

<li>Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, as well as standing and walking for up to 8 hours a day.
</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
