Being a Bear means you’ll be part of a team building Telegram-native games, bots, and mini-apps — and scaling them into real economies. We are now looking for a Community Growth Manager who will own the engagement, communications and systems that power our Telegram and Discord communities. You’ll work closely with the dev and growth teams to deploy high-leverage campaigns, handle day-to-day player needs, and keep our channels running like a machine. We celebrate diversity, welcome applications from candidates from all walks of life, and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all Bears.<h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Your responsibilities will include:</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Maintaining Discord and Telegram security, permissions, roles, and bot access</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Keeping community channels structured, clean, and up to date</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Fielding player feedback and routing key issues to the right teams and supporting quick and effective resolutions</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Helping onboard and orient new players across TG and Discord</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Creating daily and weekly engagement campaigns inside community platforms - designed for hyper growth and community engagement</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Acting as a the voice and representative of GOAT Gaming, Hosting or participating in livestreams, Spaces, and community events to create an army of supports and community champions</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Supporting live updates, game events, and campaign activations</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Monitoring and reporting on core community KPIs (engagement, retention, churn triggers)</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proactively keeping the knowledge base up to date and ensuring players and community are well informed and excited about GOAT Gaming.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">As a successful candidate, you would have:</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">3+ years in community management with web3 experience</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Deep familiarity Telegram and Discord infrastructure, tools, and settings</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ability to run community security protocols (role audits, channel lockdowns, bot permissions)</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong communication skills across text, voice, and video</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Enterprising attitude with confidence in outreach, partnership building and cross-community engagement</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Confidence running AMAs, Spaces, or going live with the team</li><li class="leading-relaxed">An instinct for player support — knowing communication benchmarks, how and when to engage, hype, or de-escalate</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Terminally online energy — you know where the conversation is and how to redirect it</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proactivity in spotting problems, opportunities, and making systems better</li><li class="leading-relaxed">A results-driven mindset, with a focus on community-led growth</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">As a bonus, you would:</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Have experience launching referral or reward-based engagement campaigns</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Have used AI tools to automate or scale community content</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Be comfortable working with Zendesk or similar support platforms</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Have helped scale a community or mini-app inside the Telegram ecosystem</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Have experience with basic bot scripting, moderation tools, or onboarding flows</li></ul>

This Layout Lead Artist position for a 3D CG Animated Short Film involves overseeing staging, camera work, and composition for all shots. The role requires translating storyboards and animatics into production-ready 3D scenes, collaborating closely with the Director, CG Supervisor, and Animation team to ensure visual continuity, shot composition, timing, and 3D spatial relationships. The lead will guide the layout team, ensuring all shots support storytelling, maintain the film’s visual style, and are technically sound for subsequent departments. The position is open from September 1, 2025, and requires the right to work in the UK.
