This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the world's leading games with a team of passionate Game Designers.<h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Responsibilities</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Create best-in-class casual content in line with our design pillars to excite and engage players.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Visualize and prototype user experiences and flows using design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop) to communicate ideas effectively.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Take ownership of feature definitions, write clear specifications for new gameplay elements and mechanics.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Partner with the technical team to define functional requirements for internal tools, streamlining the map creation process.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Use data to inform and balance existing content and form hypotheses for future content.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Demonstrate "out-of-the-box" thinking, potentially exploring new technologies (such as AI tools) to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Manage the level design lifecycle from requirements gathering to execution, leading cross-functional coordination with Production, QA, Art, and Game Economy.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proactively identify bottlenecks and lead the optimization of the content pipeline to ensure faster delivery of high-quality content.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Requirements</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Previous experience as a Level Designer or Game Designer with a strong focus on content creation.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or similar, with a keen eye for UX and visual storytelling.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proven experience in defining features and writing detailed design specifications.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ability to analyze design workflows and drive operational improvements to increase speed and quality.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong passion for gaming, particularly casual mobile games, with a desire to engineer the ultimate player experience.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Solid grasp of design methodologies and knowledge of the casual/puzzle market.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude (ownership driven) to lead processes across multiple departments.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Advantage: Familiarity with Generative AI tools for ideation or content generation.</li></ul>
