The project focuses on advancing the company’s marketing capabilities by optimizing data handling and segmentation. You will work with various CRM and marketing platforms, transforming data into actionable insights through structured Power BI reporting. The goal is to build a scalable architecture ready for a global rollout, focusing on consumer behavior, data privacy compliance, and high-performance data visualizations.&nbsp;
Main Responsibilities:

<li>Design, develop, and maintain robust Power BI solutions tailored to support the MVP project’s goals.</li>
<li>Work with various data sources (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics) to create seamless data integrations and transformation processes.</li>
<li>Present insights through high-performance Power BI reports and visualizations that align with business requirements.</li>
<li>Evaluate and improve data quality, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, including PII and GDPR/PDPL.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to ingest, process, and optimize data workflows, ensuring data quality and consistency.</li>
<li>Translate business needs into scalable data models and advanced technical specifications.</li>
<li>Develop Power BI data models, dashboards, and visualizations, including DAX formula optimization for data insights.</li>
<li>Support testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to maintain efficient and reliable BI solutions.</li>
<li>Assist with creating technical documentation for data processing and Power BI solutions.</li>

Role Requirements:

<li>5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Engineer, or Power BI Specialist.</li>
<li>Advanced SQL skills for optimizing complex queries and working with large-scale datasets.</li>
<li>Strong experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and visual report design.</li>
<li>Ability to evaluate data quality and identify inconsistencies, with experience in handling PII data.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPL).</li>
<li>Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction, along with experience in large organizations.</li>

We are looking for a Senior Pipelines Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in the design and construction of water and wastewater pipelines. You will be responsible for carrying out civil engineering design, including hydraulic calculations/analysis, Civil general arrangement drawings, pipe longitudinal sections, specifications, BOQs, preparing and reviewing tenders, detailed design/engineering of water and wastewater networks, and ensuring that all documentation is current, accurate, and in compliance. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the QC process is being followed, delivery to the right quality and timelines, and standardising workflows based on project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a BE Civil with a post-graduation in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Experience in Middle East or UK projects would be preferable.

 Key Responsibilities/Duties <ul><li>Able to carry out civil engineering design like hydraulic calculations/analysis (including Chlorine decay assessment, Extended Period Simulation), Civil general arrangement drawings, pipe longitudinal sections, specifications, BOQs, prepare and review tenders, detailed design/engineering of water and wastewater networks (underground wet utilities) as per industry/client standards. </li><li>Has good experience of delivering multi-disciplinary projects and can co-ordinate effectively with other disciplines. </li><li>Familiarity with relevant standards and water company specifications. </li><li>Ensures that the designers duties under the contract are adhered to </li><li>Can perform required design activities associated with project life-cycle in line with client standards, specifications, and codes of practice as checker or approver of designs. </li><li>Is familiar with preparation and review of various reports and other project documentation and can ensure that all documentation is current, accurate and in compliance as per Client requirements. </li><li>Ensuring QC process is being followed, delivery to the right quality and timelines </li><li>Standardising workflows based on the project requirements </li><li>Drives innovation into designs </li><li>Communicates and liaises effectively with internal and external clients, vendors, subcontractors, consultants etc </li><li>Recognises, defines and resolves problems within assigned area. </li><li>Interprets the design risk and assumptions associated with the project and records this as the project progresses. </li><li>Interprets and promotes best practice in health, safety and environmental matters. </li></ul>
Candidate Specification <ul><li>BE Civil. Post Graduation in Civil or Environmental Engineering would be preferable. </li><li>Water/wastewater Pipelines and Networks experience on Middle East projects or UK projects would be preferable. </li><li>Chartered Engineer or working towards achieving it would be preferable. </li><li>Good knowledge of the design process, engineering. </li><li>Experience of working on multidisciplinary projects </li><li>Good Project Management skills and knowledge of project commercial issues and constraints, will be given preference. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Good client liaison skills </li><li>Should be able to troubleshoot and guide team members </li><li>Proactive and innovative approach, and able to adapt to changing scenarios </li></ul>
Software knowledge <ul><li>Good experience in working on Bentley WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, StormCAD, CivilStorm </li><li>Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Navisworks </li><li>Conversant with MS Word, Excel </li><li>Familiar with Document management systems like SharePoint, Bentley ProjectWise and BIM360 </li></ul>
