MyFitnessPal is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design for a new problem space within its core experience, focusing on personalized tools for a growing member segment. This role involves shipping innovative 0→1 work that is intuitive, trustworthy, and helpful. The designer will own end-to-end design across product surfaces, grounded in user research and data, and executed with exceptional craft. They will combine strategic and systems thinking with meticulous detail to deliver high-quality, scalable designs, using the existing design system while thoughtfully extending it. The role requires making data-informed decisions, shaping product direction through clear storytelling, and elevating design quality across product and brand.

collaborates with Product and Data on hypothesis development</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience using qualitative research, user testing, and quantitative metrics to make data-informed decisions</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proven growth impact at scale, influencing engagement, retention, or subscription outcomes; Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
