Responsibilities:

• Creating Compelling Visuals: Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings that bring concepts to life, incorporating design elements and details effectively.
• Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver visuals that align with client expectations.
• Utilizing Design Software: Proficiently use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and SketchUp, to model, texture, light, and render scenes.
• Maintaining Quality Standards: Ensure all visualizations meet quality standards and project specifications, paying attention to detail, accuracy, and realism.
• Adapting to Changes: Flexibility is key! Adapt to evolving project needs, revisions, and feedback to refine visuals and exceed client objectives.
• Staying Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve skills and adopt innovative approaches.
• Communicating Effectively: Present and explain design concepts to internal teams and clients, effectively conveying ideas and incorporating feedback.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience as a 3D Visualizer (Interior / Exterior).

Proficient in industry-standard 3D software 3ds Max and rendering engines V-Ray, Corona.

Strong understanding of lighting principles, color theory, and composition.

Demonstrated an ability to balance technical and artistic aspects to achieve outstanding visual results.

Portfolio showcasing your exceptional lighting and rendering skills. Highlight projects that showcase a variety of styles and techniques.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

Candidates must have a strong portfolio showcasing their work in Visualization, Graphics, and Lighting. Proficiency in additional software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects would be beneficial.
