Neostella is seeking a Tier II Product Support specialist to provide technical assistance for complex issues escalated from the Tier I team. Responsibilities include identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving system performance, connectivity, and software-related problems. The role involves analyzing logs and metrics to ensure application health, escalating critical issues to development or infrastructure teams, and creating technical documentation and knowledge base articles. The candidate will stay current with product knowledge and changes to effectively support applications, and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience by providing feedback to product and development teams. As a 2D Animator at Digitoonz, you will be responsible for creating high-quality character animations for International TV Series and Feature films, ensuring they meet production deadlines. You will work under the guidance of the Lead Animator or Director and the production team. Your role involves bringing characters to life with movement and emotion, utilizing a wide range of 2D animation skills. You will collaborate with fellow animators and team members to resolve technical and artistic challenges and successfully deliver projects.

<h4>Job Description</h4> At Digitoonz, a 2D Animator will be required to create high quality character animation while simultaneously meeting TV Animation production deadlines. He/she will be involved in projects related to International TV Series &amp; Feature films. <h4>List of Duties and Responsibilities</h4> He/she will be working under the direction of the Lead Animator/Director and production team. A 2D animator’s role will require him/her to: <ul> <li>Bring characters to life with motion and emotion using a broad range of 2D animation abilities</li> <li>Create high-quality 2D animations </li> <li>Work with team members to identify and solve problems, both technically and artistically</li> <li>Collaborate with other animators and team members to successfully deliver projects</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications required:</h4> <ul> <li>Good drawing skills with a sense of storytelling, staging, composition, and character acting</li> <li>Displaying strong skills in traditional animation</li> <li>Diploma or Degree in Animation (However if you have an impressive showreel or perform will in the interview and test, qualification is not a barrier)</li> <li>Ability to manage time and meet deadlines</li> <li>Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <h4>Remuneration:</h4> As per industry standards
