As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will also be comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.

	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

We believe in creativity, affordability, and inclusivity in every design we create. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer at New Theory Clothing in Kanpur. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for tasks such as embroidery, fashion design, fitting, textiles, and overall fashion creation, contributing to the unique and creative designs of the brand. Key Responsibility: <ul><li>Actively participate in market study to identify current trends, competition study, aspiration study seeking print and pattern inspiration.</li><li>Deeply understand brand and customer profiling to address the relevant market opportunities with relevant concepts</li><li>Actively research about new techniques in print and graphics through vendor visits and trends study</li><li>Analyze gathered data from Market visits and past sell though data to arrive at the print and graphics inspiration for the season</li><li>Participate in the pre-season discussion with Design Team, Product Development post Market Visit and arrive at the broad design direction and season trend application</li><li>Develop innovate and inspiring concepts for prints and graphics and review with Graphic Designer to develop a coherent story</li><li>Provide concept boards and graphic artwork to communicate seasonal surface design concepts, with a specialized focus on prints, patterns and graphics to internal team</li><li>Based on the approved storyline, develop the pattern/print/ graphic along with vendor using the right techniques ; Handover the patterns to Design team</li><li>Assess and approve Strike offs and Labdip on time for Raw Materials (RMs); Follow-through for any deviations in RMs</li><li>Assess and approve first of bulk to ensure all prints, color's, graphics are as per specs shared; Follow-through for any deviations</li><li>Review product sell -through, customer feedback and return analysis to make necessary changes to the product aesthetics.</li></ul>
 Qualifications- <ul><li>2+ years minimum experience required with a degree in Apparel Design or equivalent professional experience; combination of industry experience (both in fashion and activewear)</li><li>Knowledge and experience in all product classes (Outerwear, Sweaters, Cut &amp; Sew Knits, Wovens, Bras &amp; Leggings, etc)</li><li>Strong understanding of cross-functional team accountabilities and requirements; including close working relationship with design, raw materials, finished goods sourcing, quality assurance and merchandising.</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Illustrator</li><li>Accustomed to working in a fast paced environment with a dynamic workflow and overlapping seasons</li><li>Have a strong desire to learn and remain in curiosity</li></ul>
