Netflix is seeking an Executive Producer to lead game projects at its Next Games studio in Helsinki, Finland. The role involves driving game development, coaching teams, and ensuring efficient production cycles. Responsibilities include organizing production, planning timelines, managing backlogs, and facilitating agile events.
