As Principal Gameplay Animator, you'll be a critical part of developing and maintaining high-quality animation pipelines, pushing animation boundaries.  Working with the Animation Director, you'll lead, mentor, and inspire the team. You'll transform performances into believable gameplay assets, participating in the full performance capture process.  Responsibilities include creating and editing hand-keyed and motion-captured assets for implementation within a game engine.  You'll need extensive gaming industry experience, a strong portfolio showcasing real-world production, and mastery of animation tools (Maya, MotionBuilder).
