As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will also be comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.

	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. <li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.

</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

 Overview Nisga'a CIOPS provides hands-on experienced services to civilian and DoD programs worldwide. Delivering highly skilled, cleared personnel who provide services on five continents for a portfolio of customers. Summary: The HR Employee Specialist will support the Staffing &amp; Employee Relations Section (SERS) unit within the Bureau of Prisons (BoP) contract. The HR Employee Specialist will be responsible for handling various aspects of employee relations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HR record maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to employees. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: <ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant databases.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.</li><li>Collaborate with other HR team members to support employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and employee development programs.</li><li>Will assist in reviewing eligibility and processing various hiring and workforce flexibilities requests in accordance with BOP policy and procedures. Such requests include but not limited to retention, recruitment, relocation, above the minimum rate, age, and retirement waivers, telework and remote work. </li><li>Work may involve authoring justifications to OPM to waive the 10% limitation for group retention requests. </li></ul>
Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: <ul><li>Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. </li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field OR equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.</li><li>Minimum 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field.</li><li>Ability to pass a background check.</li><li>Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. </li><li>Must have the ability to pass a drug test if requested </li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Professional certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.</li><li>Delegated Examining Unit Certification preferred.</li><li>2 to 4 years of experience supporting Federal Customers (Department of Justice, DOJ highly preferred). </li></ul>
