As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners.  You will be responsible for managing logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience. You will also create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction. This position requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be a self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also be comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.

	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

</li><li>Experience using event registration and project management systems to streamline event logistics and coordination.
</li><li>Must be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the 10-day event in March.

Your team As our new Quality Assurance Test Engineer, you’ll be part of a large, fast-growing, international Quality Assurance team located in Belgium (Antwerp, Ghent, Wavre), Spain (Barcelona), Ukraine (Lviv), and the US (Atlanta). Quality Assurance identifies and tracks the weak spots in our software. With thorough testing, and a systematic analysis and review of the entire software development cycle, the team oversees, controls, and optimizes our solution’s overall quality. Your profile We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications: <ul><li>A bachelor's or master’s degree or similar by experience in the field of supply chain solutions.</li><li>At least 6 years of experience in a software testing role that included testing methodologies, tools, and processes, and writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.</li><li>A solid technical IT background.</li><li>A passion for improving the quality of software products.</li><li>The ability to work in a structured way and follow procedures, while simultaneously keeping a clear overview at all times.</li><li>An eagerness to learn combined with resilience to time pressure.</li><li>The ability to work independently and a willingness to proactively improve the efficiency of testing. </li></ul>
Bonus Points If You Have <ul><li>Working experience with web applications and continuous integration testing (Docker, Jenkins, Git).</li><li>A certificate in software testing (ISTQB). </li></ul>
