Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and strong sourcing/headhunting skills. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing passive talent, leveraging various job boards, particularly LinkedIn, and scaling teams in small-to-mid-sized companies. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and strong analytical skills are essential.

Role IntroductionWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us grow with their proven experience in end-to-end Recruitment life cycle from talent sourcing to interviewing to onboarding great resources. What will you do @ OnlineSales.ai? <ul><li>Work collaboratively with the management and leadership to understand the talent requirements and work as a partner to define consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals, thus achieving stakeholder delight.</li><li>Strategize and create go-to-market strategies to build talent pipelines through head-hunting, campus relationships, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.</li><li>Screening to determine ﬁt (technical and cultural) and champion interview process for potential candidates. Work with the executive team to fasttrack the hiring process for potential ﬁts.</li><li>Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data.</li><li>Own recruitment KPIs like Time-to-hire, Cost-to-hire, Candidate NPS, etc</li><li>Referral probing and improving Referral culture. Ensuring referrals are being interviewed</li><li>within defined SLAs and feedback is being shared to the referrers proactively</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to improve employer brand and</li><li>candidate experience.</li><li>Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.</li><li>Responsible for offer management and post-offer engagement</li></ul>
 You will be a great fit if you have: <ul><li>A Degree in Engineering or a Master’s in Human Resources</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment with strong sourcing/headhunting skills</li><li>Experience in identifying, engaging, and closing passive talent</li><li>Proven experience in leveraging various job boards, particularly LinkedIn, for passive talent</li><li>Previous experience in scaling teams in small-to-mid-sized companies</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to convey clear and impactful messages across various channels and levels while building strong, productive relationships</li><li>Experience using any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office products</li><li>Excellent analytical and data skills, comfortable with numbers, and able to draw insights from analytics to make processes smarter and more efficient</li><li>Outstanding time management skills and a highly organized approach</li><li>The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional persistence in excelling within a quickly changing and unstructured setting</li><li>High levels of personal accountability, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive situations.</li></ul>
