As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. You will also create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction. This position requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be a self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also be comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.

	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

<li>Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

</li><li>Experience leading project management calls with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
</li><li>Experience using event registration and project management systems to streamline event logistics and coordination.
</li><li>Must be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the 10-day event in March.

 You will join our OPmobility India Technical Centre (ITC), Hinjewadi, Pune or Whitefield, Bengaluru ITC is part of OPmobility Exterior Business group from where we cater engineering and technical services to customers globally. Your Main Tasks Will Be To <ul><li> Lead the monthly reporting of Engineering performance KPI </li><li> Develop &amp; monitor main Engineering performance KPI across Engineering Center &amp; Central Metier to build visibility &amp; transparency on Engineering Performance </li><li> Lead/support Engineering Budget process and reviews (starting Strat Plan ) in relation with Engineering Finance Controller. </li><li> Identify &amp; propose initiatives to improve Engineering productivity &amp; performance ). </li><li> Leads some continuous improvements/productivity initiatives. </li><li> Referent for the Engineering &amp; Manufacturing hours referential. </li></ul>

Engineering KPI &amp; Reporting <ul><li> Report on a monthly basis the Engineering KPI - @ Division level @ Engineering Center &amp; Metier Dpt level </li><li> Realize synthetic scorecard/dashboard on Engineering performance reflecting their performance . </li><li> Develop KPI to improve visibility on Engineering performance ( incl. quotation phase ) and support decisions in closed relation with Finance &amp; PMO. </li><li> Realize analysis across IES and competition on performance &amp; competitiveness to assess performance! </li><li> Work with IT/PMO to develop automatic KPI from existing systems to represent the contribution of Engineering in global project performance </li><li> Extract from KPI published by other Metier the contribution of Engineering </li><li> Own KPI definition &amp; evolutions in PLM </li></ul>
 L ead Productivity initiatives / projects to improve Engineering Performance &amp; Competitiveness <ul><li> Through the KPI reporting &amp; analysis done, identify, propose &amp; quantify initiatives to improve Engineering Performance </li><li> Support/Deploy the deployment and applications of the Progress Plan initiatives in relation with Engineering Center &amp; Métier Dpt </li><li> Lead productivity projects /initiatives which will contribute to reduce Engineering Cost and/or improve Engineering performance. </li><li> Run continuous improvement actions with the Metier to reduce Developt costs </li><li> Contribute to improve Development tools, processes and standard to better measure and improve efficiency of Development cost in relation with EPM/MPM/Engineering PLM performance engineer. </li></ul>
