We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. </li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

Job Description <ul><li>The QA Engineer is responsible for all aspects of quality assurance relative to a complex, distributed software environment. This position works collaboratively to develop test scripts for system functionality that adheres to the manual testing.</li><li>As a QA Engineer you will be extensively involved in assuring quality with 100% coverage using agile practices like TDD (Test-driven development) / BDD (Behavior-driven development) and manual testing.</li><li>Reporting to the Team Lead-QA within PANAMAX, you will be responsible for software testing lifecycle. </li></ul>
Responsibility <ul><li>Participate in Product &amp; Project’s kick-off meeting.</li><li>Read, understand and review software design specifications and product requirements.</li><li>Understanding test requirements and formulation of testing strategy.</li><li>Responsible for full functional test lifecycle, including writing, scripts, conditions and test documentation.</li><li>Check / Review the Test Cases / Test Script documents.</li><li>Ensure traceability of Test Cases / Test Script to requirements.Responsible for the overall success of functional testing.</li><li>Perform QC/QA activities on multiple and simultaneous projects.</li><li>Execute testing for new applications, products and/or enhancements throughout their development life cycles.</li><li>Developing, implementing, and executing tests, analyzing test results and publishing test reports, and writing bug reports.</li><li>QA issue prioritization and resolution facilitation.</li><li>Document, implement, monitor and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.</li><li>Works on projects of moderate to high complexity that requires in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.</li><li>Ensure that testing activities will allow applications and products to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfil end user requirements and identify and resolve system issues.</li><li>Work with software architects, developers and business leaders throughout the software development life cycle to develop software functional test cases and test scripts.</li><li>Provide formal sign-off on all testing deliverables and testing events. </li></ul>
Technical/Functional Skill Required <ul><li>Good knowledge of various Test Methodologies and Techniques (Black Box).</li><li>Experience with creating &amp; execution of test scenarios and test cases.</li><li>Knowledge of Bug Tracking software like JIRA, QC or Mantis.</li><li>Strong understanding of concepts related to computer and network architectures, data structures and standard programming practices in an Agile environment.</li><li>Manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment of agile software development environment.</li><li>Should have working experience in working with Agile practices.</li><li>Use judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for successful results.</li><li>Work effectively with peers and supervisory staff.</li><li>Work effectively with limited supervision, and direction, and operate, drive results and set priorities independently.</li><li>Must be able to work on multiple complex projects, meet deadlines, and deal with conflicting priorities.
