Paralives is an upcoming indie doll house life simulation game for PC and Mac. Build houses, decorate rooms, create characters and manage their lives in a cozy open world small town. Announced in June 2019, the game already has a Discord community of more than 75 000 members. Paralives is funded by the incredible support of 8000 people on Patreon. Paralives is seeking an Assistant Producer to join their small, creative, and motivating team of 14. This hybrid role involves project management and effective communication to support the development of their life simulation game, Paralives, for PC and Mac. The game, which has been in development for 5 years and is community-funded, is highly anticipated, with over 900,000 wishlists on Steam. The Assistant Producer will be responsible for developing and tracking the game's development schedule, collaborating with the producer and director on team management and business decisions, playing the game to monitor progress, conducting one-on-one meetings with team members, participating in the hiring process, managing payroll and employee absences, and handling office supply procurement. The role offers creative freedom and opportunities for initiative, with a start date in Fall 2025.
