The STEP Internship Program at Patel, Greene and Associates is a summer-long immersive experience for engineering students. The program offers hands-on experience in various areas of the transportation industry, including roadway, drainage, structures, traffic/ITS, planning, landscape architecture, CEI, facilities preservation, marketing, and environmental groups. Interns will work alongside PGA staff, gaining practical skills and knowledge related to project design and execution. By the end of the program, interns will develop a comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle, from pursuit to construction.

 <h2 style="text-align: center;">Purpose &amp; Need</h2><div>The STEP Internship Program is from May to August and is an immersive experience where students are given the opportunity to explore the many areas of expertise within the transportation industry. While you will spend most of your time learning from PGA’s core engineering disciplines Roadway, Drainage, Structures, and Traffic/ITS you will also spend time learning from our Planning, Landscape Architecture, CEI, Facilities Preservation, Marketing, and Environment groups. STEP students will work side-by-side with PGA staff and will be exposed to project related design tasks.
