Cloud Security Engineer

Pega is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer with 2+ years of experience in AWS, GCP, Azure, and Okta. Must have experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, Sailpoint, and systems management for Linux and Windows environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

What You'll Do At Pega: <ul><li> Assist users with Okta login issues, ensuring a smooth authentication experience. </li><li> Triage and manage all incoming cloud security tickets, providing timely and effective resolutions. </li><li> Review all cloud access requests, ensuring secure access to Pega’ environments. </li><li> Conduct regular access reviews to maintain strict security protocols. </li><li> Update and maintain various applications, ensuring they meet security standards. </li><li> Review vulnerability findings and work on remediation strategies to mitigate risks. </li><li> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our cloud security posture. </li><li> Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to continually improve our practices. </li></ul>
Who You Are: <ul><li> Proficient in Okta and familiar with ticketing systems and customer service best practices. </li><li> Experienced with cloud platforms, including AWS (IAM, CloudFormation), GCP, and Azure. </li><li> Knowledgeable in Sailpoint and systems management for both Linux and Windows environments. </li><li> Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy. </li><li> A problem solver with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. </li><li> Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. </li><li> Committed to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies. </li></ul>
What You've Accomplished: Required Qualification <ul><li> Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field </li><li> 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure. </li><li> Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as CloudFormation </li><li> Experience with identity and access management solutions, particularly Okta. </li><li> Experience with ticketing systems and customer service. </li><li> Experience with Sailpoint for identity governance. </li><li> Systems management experience for both Linux and Windows environments. </li><li> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li> Excellent communication and teamwork skills. </li><li> Desired Qualification </li><li> Knowledge of CloudFormation with AWS </li><li> Understanding of cloud security and best practices </li></ul>
